Steps for Registration

  •  Submit your abstract/full paper.
  • Get intimation of acceptance with-in 2 weeks from the date of submission
  • If paper is accepted, register yourself by paying the requisite registration fees (Register Here

Last date of registration along with registration fees is December 15, 2025

Note:

  • Registration is compulsory for every participant
  • For joint papers (single paper with multiple authors), every author must register separately
  • For every single paper, the author will have to register separately (For ex: If one author has submitted 2 papers, registration fees will have to be paid for 2 papers)
  • Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Family members/Friend/Others can also attend the conference by registering for the conference and by paying the registration fees
 

Late fee applies: An additional fee of INR 3,500 for Indian Participants and USD 100 for International Participants will be charged after the last day of registration

The conference will be held on January 17-18, 2026 at Vivanta Goa, Panaji.

To participate, you need to submit an abstract or full paper on one of the conference themes for review. Approved submissions will be eligible for presentation during the conference. Attendees are also welcome to register as guests.

  1. Abstracts must be approximately 300 words and should summarize your research or project.
  2. Full papers must follow the [specific format, e.g., APA/IEEE guidelines] and not exceed [word/page limit, e.g., 10 pages].
  3. All submissions must be original and adhere to academic/corporate integrity standards.
  4. The submission deadline is November 15, 2025

Your submission will be reviewed by an expert committee. Selected authors will receive an invitation to present their work at the conference, once all the registration formalities are completed by them.

Registration can be completed online here. Early registration is recommended as spots may fill up quickly.

The conference will be mainly conducted in-person. However, participants will have an option to present their papers in ab-sentia (Their paper will be mentioned in the conference brochure).

Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. 

Presentations will be conducted through powerpoint presentation. Each presenter will be allotted 15 min to present their work followed by 5 min of Q&A.

Yes, all presenters and attendees will receive certificates of participation. Participants presenting in-person will additionally get certificate of presentation.

Yes, all papers will be featured in conference brochure.

Although not included in registration, please speak to us if you wish you to get your paper published in ISSN journal. We will help
with the same for additional nominal fees.
